1. Shipping Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
If we experience a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Estimated delivery times:

Delivery estimates begin after the order has been shipped, not from the date the order is placed.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.
Tracking numbers typically become active within 24–48 hours.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring availability to receive their package.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Nora is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by your country.
All international orders may be subject to customs inspections and import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
5. Damages
Nora is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you receive your order damaged:

Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods.

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
We will assist you in resolving the issue where possible.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking information confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly.
Nora is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided.
